Returns & Exchanges

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re considering to return your purchase but if you feel your piece isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

First things first, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and we know our jewellery is irresistible, but if you’re thinking about returning, please make sure the item/s stays unworn and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings, even if the packaging is unopened. Any item that shows signs of wear will be sent back to you.

Note that Booji reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Your reason for returning means a lot to us — If you could include a brief reason for your return, it would be greatly appreciated.
