Returns & Exchanges

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re considering to return your purchase but
if you feel your piece isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

  • First Things First

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and we know our jewellery is irresistible, but if you’re thinking about returning, please make sure the item/s stays unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Conditions of Return

    For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings, even if the packaging is unopened. Any items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and it will be sent back to you.

  • Return Address

    To get our return address, please message us on WhatsApp or E-mail us with your order number and full name.

  • Request an Exchange

    If you’d like to request an exchange, simply get in touch with us via WhatsApp or E-mail and we’ll sort it out for you.
